ABOUT US

Cincy Jam Station is THE live, high-energy, entertaining, professional nonstop dance-party band for the Cincinnati Tri-state area. Combining a unique blend of cover tunes spanning the last 40 years, CJS specializes in bringing you the songs you won't hear anywhere else! 

Our goal is to break out of the typical cover band mold and perform top artist's “other” hits along with some “must have” classics and some 4-on-the-floor, high octane rock n roll mixed in!

MEET THE BAND

GREGG

BASS / VOCALS

Gregg’s musical career began as a kid playing his grandma’s piano. His first band was as the lead singer of the original group Seven Stone. After picking up the bass guitar, he has performed with Joey said no, Flip-cup Allstars, Firefly – A Tribute to Breaking Benjamin, Marsha Brady Band and The Mighty VH – A Tribute to Van Halen. His musical influences include other singing bass players such as Jack Blades of Night Ranger and Kip Winger of Winger and vocalists Jack Russell of Great White and Adam Levine of Maroon 5.

MARIO

GUITAR / VOCALS

Mario, a native of San Antonio, Texas, began learning music at the age of 13 after begging his mom to buy him his first guitar from Sears Department Store after seeing a KISS concert. After graduating high school, he relocated to Los Angeles, California, and started playing in original bands on the Sunset Strip during the glam days of the late 1980’s and early 90’s. He continued to play in both original and cover bands in Los Angeles, for over 18 years, even getting to tour England with one of the bands. His original music band Kollarbone was his favorite band, and he is proud of the original songs which came out of that experience. After getting married and having a son, he and his family relocated to his wife’s hometown in Northern Kentucky. His musical influences include the bands; Kiss, Van Halen and Ozzy Osbourne. His guitar heroes were Randy Rhoads, Eddie Van Halen and Michael Schenker.  His vocalist influences include; Paul Stanley, Ronnie James Dio, Axl Rose and Chris Cornell.

MIKE

DRUMS / VOCALS

Mike began playing drums at the age of 4 years old, making his first drum set out of pots, pans, magazines and anything else that sounded like a drum. Over the years, Mike has played in many orignal and cover bands covering many genres of music, everything from rock, punk rock, metal to country and even gospel music. Mike has even toured professionally for 8 years and even did a tour with his band in Europe. Aside from Cincy Jam Station, he is also part of a Jason Aldean, Van Halen and Kenny Chesney tribute bands. His influences include players like Scott Phillips (Creed), Neil Peart, Tommy Lee, Travis Barker, Luke Holland, and others!
